I spent the day having fun with the Evernote API and these are some screenshots showing notes I was able to send from our BibleReader application. Hoping to have a beta out next week.

There are WinMo clients for WinMo so I am sure it can be done, I am not sure whether we would add it to our existing WinMo BibleReader.

I like the evernote backup for ESV Study Bible. However, are you thinking of having it sync both ways. i.e. it would be nice if I add more thoughts to my bible notes under evernote, it would update to my biblereader note the next time I synced.
Any thoughts?

You can do that already.
